During this session, Dr. Linda M. Robson, Associate Professor in Endicott College's School of Hospitality Management will explain how this model connects each component to the other and how it creates seamless safety at your event.

Jingle Mingle & Minneapolis Craft Market

MSP Chapter ILEA members flocked to Lakes & Legends Brewing Company on December 19th this year’s Jingle Mingle. With holiday spirit and lighting provided by AVEX, the rustic brew house and event center was bubbling with the promise of new connections. A multitude of beer options were available to select from and paired perfectly with Gastrotruck’s delicious cuisine. Gastrotruck provided delicious Midwestern favorites with a fabulous modern twist.

Minneapolis Craft Market created an exciting atmosphere with over 20 various designers presenting and selling their works. From hand sewn bags to hanging glass terrariums, all areas of last minute holiday shopping were available while supporting local artists.

Attendees were encouraged to bring a donation for local organizations Secondhand Hounds and STEP. Items donated ranged from chew toys to winter coats, giving members the opportunity to partake in the giving spirit of the holiday season.
