A little Jekyll and Hyde. Working with Challenging Clients. We have all been there. We began planning an event with Dr. Jekyll only to have Mr. Hyde show up halfway through. How do you speak logically to clients that become illogical; how do you navigate the gap between a clients baked beans budget and their tartare taste? When events divide families and clients are left in tears, how do you respond? In this fun and informative seminar we'll discuss maintaining positive relationships, when to hire and to fire clients, what to do when #$% hits the fan, and share stories from the field. There will also be role playing! Come and experience crazy!

This customer service training distinguishes between good, better and best service specifically within the events industry, offering tangible solutions to apply between planner and a venue; planner and suppliers; caterer and venue partner; and venue and suppliers.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations received fewer than two business days prior to the event. No-shows will be billed for any unpaid registration fees.
